What will you do.
Everything no one else does on time - and more.

• You will be the first friendly voice on the phone, where a glitch or customer question turns into a top service experience.
• You'll keep our CRM up-to-date, so sales always knows who to keep warm and appointments are fulfilled quickly.
• You pick up HR tasks with flair - from onboarding new colleagues to arranging contracts, vacations and birthdays.
• You are the linking pin between operations and sales: you understand what's going on and make sure information gets to where it needs to be.
• You manage the office as if it were your own home. From the pantry, our processes to the meeting calendar - everything is tightly organized. Everything is also findable on our Google drive.
• Need to organize or improve something, you come up with ideas and pick it up!
  
  

What do you bring?

• A proactive and customer-oriented attitude and a head full of overview.
• You are digitally proficient: work well with new systems and tools.
• You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. 
• Experience in HR or office management is nice, but your approach mentality is most important.
