What is BYOB?

Bring Your Own Bottle is a movement that encourages people to bring their own reusable bottles to events instead of using single-use plastic water bottles. Not only is this an environmentally friendly approach, it also saves waste and saves you another €9 on a small bottle of water! This way you are not only making a conscious choice for the environment, but also for your wallet. ;)

How BYOB helps

The Amsterdam Dance Event is one of the largest electronic music festivals in the world with several events taking place in Amsterdam. With more than 350,000 visitors from all over the world dancing and partying through the city for five days, it is a madhouse in our capital city. So that also means huge crowds on the roads and, unfortunately, a considerable amount of waste. So by bringing your own bottle to your favorite dance party, you are helping to reduce plastic waste. And the good news? Many ADE venues offer water taps where you can refill your bottle. That way you stay hydrated during your dance workout and you're doing something sustainable, a win-win!
